This species is characterized by the forewing with numerous dark brown spots and spots around nygma darkened and large; the male tergum 9 with elongated and broad dorsoprocessus, narrowed at middle; the gonocoxite 9 distally with an acutely pointed apex; the gonocoxite 10 with a digitiform apex and a broad, hook-like, subdistal projection.

Antennal socket yellowish brown. Antenna yellowish brown, scape slightly darker, pedicel with a yellow annular stripe distally, flagellum pectinate on most flagellomeres, medial branches much longer than those on both ends, longest branch nearly twice as long as corresponding flagellomere, distal six flagellomeres simple.</paragraph>

Legs yellowish brown with yellow setae. Wings hyaline, slightly yellow. Forewing 2.3 times as long as wide, with numerous brown spots, arranged irregularly; spots around nygma darkened and large; veins pale yellow. Hindwing 2.2 times as long as wide, almost immaculate.</paragraph>
