, les epines du metathorax plus fortes, les n oe uds du pedicule rugueux; les poils du corps sont beaucoup plus longs et amincis au bout; les tibias et les scapes ont une pubescence oblique fort longue, mais pas de longs poils dresses. M. Forel m'a envoye une ouvriere de la meme espece differant par sa taille plus forte (4 mill.) et les epines du metanotum plus longues, un peu sigmoides et fort rapprochees a la hase, le premier segment du pedicule plus etroit, un peu comprime. La forme asymetrique du metathorax fait penser que ces differences sont en partie dues a un developpement anormal de cet exemplaire.
