Antennal scape yellowish brown, pedicel brownish yellow. Wing light yellowish, with Rs angled at middle. Posterior margin of tergite 9 medially with a shallow U-shaped incision. Lobe of gonostylus rod-like, slightly narrowed to tip; clasper of gonostylus with beak obtuse, dorsal crest flat, posterior crest right-angled.

). Rostrum short, yellowish brown, with nasus. Vertex dark brown. Occiput dark brown. Hairs on head brown. Scape yellowish brown; pedicel brownish yellow; flagella are lacking. Labellum dark brown; palpus dark yellowish brown.

). General color reddish brown. Pronotum reddish brown; mesonotal prescutum maroon with three dark brown stripes; scutum dark brown; scutellum brown; mediotergite dark brown. Pleura maroon with grayish pruinescence. Legs are lacking except one leg. Coxae maroon; trochanters maroon. Femur yellowish brown with tip brownish; tibia yellowish brown; tarsus yellowish brown. ) light yellowish, with cells c and sc yellow. Stigma yellowish brown. Area around fork of Rs yellowish brown. Sc1 absent, R1+2 entire, Rs short, oblique, angled at middle, nearly as long as r-m, r-m straight, entering Rs short before fork of Rs. Halter with stem yellow, knob dark brown.
