Ectosomal skeleton is a regular, tangential, isotropic reticulation. Choanosomal skeleton is a regular, uni- to paucispicular reticulation of ascending lines, interconnected by single oxeas. ). The California specimens are encrusting (

After the present study, the number of chalinids species along the Mexican Pacific coast has increased to 10 species.</paragraph>
