. All specimens were collected in a gully adjacent to a small, slow-moving stream in lowland primary rainforest or on its bounding ridgeline, usually in microhabitats of steep aspect. Animals were found nocturnally active on the forest floor and were moderately common but difficult to locate because they would typically terminate calling well before they could be closely approached.
