). Wingspan 11.5‒12.0 mm. Head with frons and vertex silvery white; occiput pale yellow. Labial palpus cream white on inner surface, pale yellow on outer surface. Antenna yellow. Collar pale yellow; thorax and tegula pale yellow. Forewing yellow; costal margin brown, with a pale yellow spot at base, with a brown streak along basal 1/7; first brown fascia from between basal 1/3 and before middle of costal margin to basal 1/4 and 2/5 of dorsal margin; second brown fascia from between basal 5/8 and 3/4 of costal margin to basal 3/5 and 7/10 of dorsal margin, first and second fasciae linked by a slender brown streak on dorsal margin; fringe greyish brown. Hindwing and fringe greyish brown. Legs pale yellow on dorsal surface, cream white on ventral surface: foreleg with tibia dark brown on outer surface, tarsus blackish brown at apex; midleg with tibia bearing yellowish white bristles at middle and apex; hindleg with tibia with long ochreous brown bristles at basal 1/3, 2/3 and apex on dorsal surface respectively, tarsus blackish brown at apices of basal three tarsomeres, with ochreous brown bristles at apices of basal two tarsomeres.
