in length at maturity, biconical. Heavy, spinose. Spire high with 1.5 protoconch whorls and up to six angulate, shouldered, spinose teleoconch whorls. Suture impressed, partially obscured by small axial lamellae of following whorl. Protoconch large. Whorls rounded, minutely punctate. Terminal varix delicate, thin, erect, strongly curved.

Other axial sculpture of numerous, weak, growth lamellae.</paragraph>

Siphonal canal short, narrow, weakly dorsally recurved, open, with one short spine.</paragraph>
