The male genitalia of these species are distinguished by the shape of the cornutus. The female genitalia (

Forewing length 44.3 mm. Length of labial palpus 1.11.2 times diameter of head, ochreous white, fuscous below. Head, neck tuft, scape and pedicel of antenna ochreous white, flagellum grey, weakly annulated with paler rings in male, distinctly annulated in female. Scales of tegula and thorax ochreous white. Foreleg leaden grey, mid- and hindleg pale ochreous grey, tibia and tarsal articles darker with pale distal rings. Forewing costa basally narrowly dark grey, broadly bordered by orange; ground colour of forewing consisting of pale ochreous, slightly darker tipped scales giving a weakly mottled appearance; fringe scales ochreous. Underside of forewing dark grey, fringe scales ochreous. Hindwing grey above, darker ochreous grey below, with ochreous fringe scales.

Male genitalia. Uncus lobes oval-shaped, 1.5 times longer than broad, distally rounded, with a few setae laterodistally, separated by narrow deep incision. Gnathos elongate oval, broadest medially, 2.5 times longer than wide, tapered towards pointed apex. Valva four times longer than wide at its widest point in the middle; costa evenly convex medially, distinctly emarginated in distal third; sacculus slightly emarginated at about 1/4 length, distally bent, with narrow sclerotised reinforcement, joining cucullus at a right angle; distal margin of cucullus straight, cucullus somewhat bent towards costa. Digitate process small, parallel-sided, distally blunt and setose, extended to 1/10 length of valva. Juxta lobes mesally produced as long and narrow tongue-shaped, bent lobe with a few setae distally, 2.5 times longer than diameter of median plate of juxta, laterally produced to form sclerotised triangular keel that is joined to valval process. Vinculum small, broad. Phallus slightly over half the length of valva, weakly bent at basal third, tapered towards apex; caecum short, rounded; apex with eversible lobe, shaped as in

Papillae anales rounded, somewhat swollen in ventral side, ventrally joined by narrow X-shaped sclerotisation. Apophyses posteriores slender, straight, twice longer than the length of tergum 8. Apophyses anteriores half the length of apophyses posteriores. Ostium bursae in anterior margin of tergum 8, broad, width half of the distance between apophyses anteriores; no distinctive antrum present; colliculum weakly sclerotised; ductus seminalis inserted near ostium; ductus bursae narrow, tubular, membranous, three times the length of apophyses posteriores; corpus bursae pyriform, medially with irregular patches of internal spines, signum not present.</paragraph>
