General colour brown; central part of abdominal tergite and sternite VII, genital segments, outer rim of connexiva, greater part of antennae, and legs shining black; rostrum shining brown. Anterior transverse band of pronotum, basal 1/3 of first antennal segment; all acetabula, coxae, trochanters, and 2/3 basal of fore femur, yellow. Venter gray. Dorsal and ventral body covered with short, semi-recumbent, golden setae and shining black denticles. Vertex with one pair of dark setae; antennal segment I bearing six long, erect, black setae, two setae of this
