<paragraph id="808075E907606D11AC409A60D5DCF2D8" pageId="13" pageNumber="14">The specimens collected in this study were found at San Fernando River, Tamaulipas; Grijalva-Usumacinta Rivers, Tabasco; off Tupilco Lagoon, Tabasco; off Holbox Island, Quintana Roo; in a 513-735 m depth range. The male CL size ranged from 9.8 to 13.9 mm, and the females size ranged from 7.0 to 11.3 mm. Ovigerous females (10.1 to 10.3 mm) were present in spring and summer at 700-735 m. This material constitutes the first record in the SWS (513.0- 640.0 m) and SSE (700.0 m) sectors. One male (CL = 10.3 mm) was infested with bopyrid.</paragraph>
