Antenna with 20 antennomeres, length of first flagellomere 1.4 times second flagellomere, length of first, second and penultimate flagellomeres 6.0, 4.4 and 2.8 times their width, respectively; scape slightly compressed, inner side sparsely setose, remainder glabrous; length of maxillary palp 0.7 times height of head; OOL: diameter of posterior ocellus: POL = 2.0: 1.0: 3.2; frons densely punctate; eye orbit with a weak carina on its inner side in dorsal view, length of eye in dorsal view 0.9 times temple; vertex and temple densely punctate; occipital carina completely present; face densely punctuate and rugose; anterior tentorial pits distinct and mediumsized; clypeus finely punctuate, nearly truncate ventrally, in lateral view strongly convex; in frontal view hypoclypeal depression absent; length of malar space 0.9 times basal width of mandible; mandible normal, not twisted apically, and with a ventral carina interstitial to base of occipital carina.</paragraph>

Length of mesosoma 1.6 times as long as its height; pronope large, deep, transverse and with a median carina; propleuron slightly convex, densely punctate; side of pronotum densely punctate; precoxal sulcus shallow, punctuate, only as an impression, not reaching base of middle coxa and anterior margin of mesopleuron; remainder of mesopleuron densely punctate, and epicnemial area punctuate and weakly rugose; pleural sulcus crenulate; prepectal carina only present ventrally; metapleuron setose and coarsely punctate; mesosternal sulcus concealed in glue; notauli shallow, posterior only as shallow impression, crenulate and with a short carina on inner side of notauli anteriorly, mid-posterior depression small, shallow, indistinct and pit-like; mesoscutum punctuate except for anteriorly; scutellar sulcus wide, deep and with three carina; scutellum densely punctuate, weakly rugose and with a sharp carina posteriorly; propodeum with a short median carina anteriorly, finely punctuate, rugose and areolate, median areola pentagonal and with a longitudinal carina posteriorly.</paragraph>

Fore wing: r arising just distad mid-point of pterostigma; 1-M straight, slightly curved posteriorly; r: 3- SR: SR1 = 1.0: 4.6: 3.4; 1-SR+M distinctly sinuate; SR1 only present at basal 1/3; cu-a vertical and straight; 1- CU1: 2-CU1 = 1.0: 8.0; 2-SR: 3-SR: r-m = 2.1: 2.5: 1.0; first subdiscal cell not robust and not widened apically; CU1b absent; m-cu antefurcal, and slightly converging to 1-M posteriorly.

coxa sparsely setose and densely punctate; tarsal claws slender, without basal lobe; length of femur, tibia and basitarsus of hind leg 6.7, 14.4 and 9.4 times as long as their width, respectively.

Length of first tergite 1.1 times its apical width, its surface coarsely and densely punctate, longitudinally rugose and sharply carinate on lateral margin, its dorsal carinae united basally, forming a short median carina medially and not surpassing mid-point of first tergite; spiracle of first tergite very small; laterope large and shallow; dorsope absent; second tergite densely punctuate, the punctures tending to coalesce and giving the appearance of longitudinal rugae, second metasomal suture distinct, curved and smooth; third tergite smooth posteriorly, punctures on third tergite as on the second tergite; setae forming a row on third and following tergites; ovipositor hardly surpassing apex of metasoma; sheath densely setose.</paragraph>
