from Bach Ma NP. The species takes its name from the green maculation on its thorax and abdomen. This coloration is remarkable because, as

: p. 8) states, “usually species have a greenish mark on the pterothorax but it is tinted with yellow.” Likewise, the lateral markings on S13 are yellowish in most species, not green. The description also notes the “parrot green” colour of the face. The male specimen collected on

did not have a green facial pattern, although in all other aspects it fitted the description (
