). Cells cylindrical, not constricted at cross walls, not or slightly attenuated towards the ends, 5.36.78.9 μm long, 2.02.53.2 μm wide (L:W ratio 1.92.73.5), apical cells are rounded at the ends. Heterocytes ellipsoidal to irregularly barrel-shaped, slightly curved, narrowed and rounded at the apex, their long axis are oriented parallel with the axis of the coiled filament, 4.66.48.2 μm long, 2.64.15.7 μm wide (L:W ratio 1.21.62.3).
