. Body dark-brown, with bluish elytra; legs brown; antennae, mouthparts and tarsi yellow-brown (apical maxillary palpomeres distinctly paler). Head with dense isodiametric microsculpture, coarser between ocelli and on neck; pronotum with dense isodiametric microsculpture, finer in mediobasal and medioapical portions; scutellum with dense and moderately coarse transverse microreticulation.
