Sheath firm, non-lamellate, hyaline, red to intensity reddish. Cells densely or sparsely arranged, spherical, (1.46) 26.23 µm diam. Individual envelopes firm, 0.462.79 µm wide, lamellate, hyaline, red to intensity reddish. Cell content granulated, blue-green. Cell in resisting stage solitary or in pairs, spherical, 5.617.06 µm diam. Sheath firm, granulated, non-lamellated, red to intense reddish. Cell content homogeneous, blue-green.</paragraph>
