Sheath firm, 1.33.93 µm wide, slight lamellated, intensity striate, yellowish-brown to intense brown. Trichomes cylindrical, false geminate branched, constricted.Apical cell rounded. Cell sub-quadratic to short, 10.6924.21 µm wide, 3.199.78 µm long, ratio l/w = 0.47. Cell content homogenous, blue-green. Heterocyte elliptical to short, 12.5618.87 µm wide, 5.7311.48 µm long, in intercalary position. Hormogonia 614 cells, constricted, with intercalary heterocyte or not.</paragraph>
