). One subcircular micropylar area, surrounded by five chorionic plates (Fig. 45). Polygonal chorionic plates (Figs. 44­45) contiguous; with the margin opposed to capped pole, elevated. Adhesive filaments (probably derived KTC) relatively long and thin (Fig. 44), sometimes widening at the apex very slightly, scattered on chorionic surface.
