Females of this species can be recognized by the following combination of characters: mesosoma clearly convex; metasoma distinctly longer than mesosoma; metasomal tergites subequal in length; ovipositor sheaths about half length of hind tibia; hypopygium near tip of metasoma.

. Body brownish-black, without metallic reflections, except on the head, which is slightly bluish; antenna dark brown; legs brown with distal part of tibiae and tarsi pale yellow; eyes pale reddish; mandibles yellow; wings hyaline, venation brown.

. Head very slightly wider than high. POL twice as long as OOL. Eye about 1.4× as high as long. Malar space slightly less than 1/3 eye height. Oral fossa 0.45× as long as head width. Antenna with scape distinctly less than eye height and only slightly longer than eye length; pedicel length about 1.5× width; combined length of pedicel and flagellum 0.75× as long as head width. All funicular segments anelliform, without sensilla, their combined length shorter than pedicel length; F1F3 closely compacted together and progressively increasing in diameter; F4 and F5 larger, not compacted together, F5 larger in diameter than F4; clava about 1.3× as long as combined length of pedicel and funicle, length about 2.3× width.

. In profile moderately arched dorsally, length about 1.4× width and about 1.6× height. Mesoscutum width about 1.9× length. Scutellum about as long as wide. Frenal area abrupt. Median part of dorsellum semicircular, almost horizontal, overlapping for a short length the propodeum, width about 1.6× length and about 1.7× as long as median length of propodeum. Fore wing narrow, about 2.8× as long as wide; surface of wing glabrous, except for marginal fringe which is long on apical margin, and a few hairs along cubital and r-m veins on dorsal surface of wing; M:S:P = 27:4:1; S perpendicular on M, stigma small, oval.
