Male. Length of each forewing 2.83.0 mm. General color, in alcohol, pale brown; head with dark brown setae, antennae stramineous, thorax and abdomen with golden setae, wings ochraceous, legs pale brown with dark brown setae. Male genitalia. Sternum IX trapezoid, deeply excavated anteriorly (

). Tergum X membranous, divided into 2 long lobes, finger-shaped, and covered by long setae (

Inferior appendages shorter than tergum X or ventromesal lobes of the preanal appendages, each having mesal surface with lobe bearing spine-like setae, transversal striae on mesal region, and with apical area darkened and sclerotized; basodorsal lobe long, finger-shaped, slightly curved inward, with 6, long, spine-like setae distomesally; apicomesal lobe strongly sclerotized, curved laterad and bearing 2 spine-like setae mesally (
