collection, but did not state on how many specimens his description was based. In Pfeiffer (1859) he emendated his measurements and locality to "Long. 20 1/2-28, diam. 9-11 mill." resp. "Bolivia; in prov. Patas, Peru (Farris)". Subsequently, in
