Wing with central band and preapical band completely separated; large hyaline spot between central band and subapical band located outside dm-cu; apical spot very narrow. Male fore femur with distinct ventral incision at apex, fore tibia with distinct ventral process at base; fore tarsomere 1 distinctly flattened apically. Scutellar spines very long, about 4 times longer than scutellum, with 1416 long inner setulae.

Eye stalks distinctly longer than body, head width 1.31.5 times body length. Setulae on head dark brown; 1 pair of black inner vertical seta thin and located at middle of stalks with a weak tubercle; 1 pair of black outer vertical seta thin. Antennae red brown; arista subapical, long, black. Proboscis yellow brown with brown setulae; palpus slender, brown.</paragraph>

Fore femur 4.2 times longer than wide, 3 times thicker than fore tibia, with two rows of short black ventral tubercles (anterior row with 2025 tubercles, posterior row short and 1/2 as long as anterior row with 1118 tubercles). Male fore femur with distinct ventral incision at apex, tibia with distinct ventral process at base. Fore tarsomere 1 distinctly flattened apically. Wings hyaline with four dark brown transverse bands; central band and preapical band very large and completely separated, with large hyaline spot between them located outside dm-cu; apical band very narrow. Halter whitish.

): Epandrium semiglobular with postero-lateral angle nearly obtuse in lateral view and with long setae; surstylus long, about 2.4 times longer than wide, nearly straight in lateral view.
