, curved; their 3rd segment small, about one fourth the length of 2nd, covered with dense short scales; in female palps larger than in male with 3rd segment longer, stick-like. Antennae of male fasciculate, densely ciliated, those of female finely fasciculate, sparsely ciliated. Frons covered with short pale-greyish scales, vertex covered with mixed pale grey and dark grey scales. Tegulae grey with pale grey border, patagia with dark bordering, abdomen with crest; legs dark-grey with pale end of segments. Ground colour of forewing pale grey with dusting of blackish scales and brownish patches; subbasal line double; antemedial line double, slightly waved; medial field with brown patches or with prominent blackish patch in dorsal part of wing; reniform as short black streak or reduced to two dots; antemedial line double, dentate, filled with white or whitish between bordering white filling of postmedial line especially prominent in costal area, bordered with blackish dentate suffusion; subterminal line dentate, weakly expressed; subterminal field blackish-brown; terminal line as broken triangular streaks; terminal field blackish-brown with pale patch on Cu vein; cilia blackish brown, in subapical area speckled. Hindwing pale yellowish-brown in basal part, with indistinct discal spot, diffused subterminal band and broad greyish-brown terminal band.

Uncus moderately large, about half length of tegumen, curved basally and subapical, terminated by sclerotised pointed hook; scaphium strong, with bifurcate extension apically; twice as long as longer than sacculus; juxta rhomboidal, narrower basally, broader medially; transtilla as wide sclerotised band; valva moderate in width, with parallel margins, slightly curved and rounded apically. Aedeagus moderately large, straight; vesica tubular, curved basally, tapered apically, medially with rather strong patch of fine setae.
