<paragraph id="965036BAFF83FFB7FF1EFAC0FE9171F8" blockId="21.[211,1172,1325,1699]" pageId="21" pageNumber="2369">Head narrowing anteriorly; lateral head lobe acute; lower lip, inner lobe rounded and coalescent; mandibular molar reduced, armed with two spine-teeth apically, positioned far away from end of spine row; palp article 2 slightly longer than article 3; antenna 1, peduncular article 3 short, about 0.5 times article 2; antenna 2, gland cone well developed, flagellum short; gnathopods 1 and 2 similar in shape, carpus less than 0.5 times propodus, carpal lobe slightly thickened, elongate, guarding ventral margin of and exceeding distal end of propodus, palm oblique; pereopods 3 and 4, merus expanded anterodistally, dactylus broad, subequal or longer than propodus; coxa 5 width, much greater than length; pereopods 5 and 6, carpus shorter than propodus; pereopod 7, basis narrowing distally, lacking posterodistal lobe; epimeral plate 3, ventral margin rounded, convex posteromedially; uropods 13, inner rami with long, slender setae.</paragraph>
