Transverse in dorsal view, 1.9× as wide as long and narrower than mesoscutum (28.0:31.8). Temple shiny and indistinctly punctate, rather constricted. Face relatively shiny, slightly swelling medially, independently punctate, less pubescent, inner margin of eyes parallel, nearly 0.8× as high as wide. Posterior tangent to the anterior ocellus touching the posterior pair, POL:OD:OOL=5.6:2.0:3.0. Antenna as long as body, penultimate antennomere 1.7× as long as wide.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="A515832E0E07AC14FF31AEEFFDE1A23E" blockId="8.[151,1437,438,1939]" pageId="8" pageNumber="9">Mesosoma. Length:breadth:height=56.0:31.8:29.8. Disc of mesonotum shiny, with relatively heavy punctuation, interspaces not larger than diameter of punctures, indistinctly punctuation posteriorly. Scutellar sulcus straight, broad with carinae in between. Scutellum polished without punctuation. Propodeum polished, only with trace of punctuation and two short arms reaching out from orifice. Mesopleuron highly polished, its anterior half with shallow hair punctuation of even size.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="A515832E0E07AC14FF31AF23FE95A2AA" blockId="8.[151,1437,438,1939]" pageId="8" pageNumber="9">Legs. Spines on outer side of hind tibia dispersed. Inner spur of hind tibia a little longer than outer spur, almost 1/2 length of basitarsus, while outer spur somewhat less than 1/2. Basitarsus of hind leg as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined.</paragraph>

T1 weakly widen posteriorly, 1.1× longer than wide posteriorly, concave at basal 2/5, basal to hind width as 10.5:13.5, shiny, smooth, without punctures. T2 curved into T3 deeply, 3× wider than long in the middle. T3 1.4× as long as T2. Tergites after T1 shiny, smooth. Hypopygium slightly shorter than apex of abdomen. Ovipositor sheath 1.4–1.6× longer than hind tibia, relatively thin.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="A515832E0E07AC14FF31A892FD4FA47F" blockId="8.[151,1437,438,1939]" pageId="8" pageNumber="9">Colour. Body black. Palpi, tegula and spurs pale yellow. Flagellum and ovipositor sheath evenly dark brown. Labrum and mandible reddish yellow. Legs bright reddish yellow, except coxae dark brown and apical third of hind tibia brown. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1-R1 and pterostigma brownish, vein C+SC+R, r, 2-SR, 2-M and other veins pale yellow, pterostigma with pale basal spot.</paragraph>
