The new species is distinguished by the following combination of characters: 1) the pronotum slightly elongate, 1.1 times as longer than wide; 2) short grooves of pronotum on posterior fourth of pronotum absent; 3) posterolateral angles of pronotum obtuse; 4) protibiae parallel-sided in distal quarter, length of protibia is 5 times greater than its width (in the

species, the tibiae are evenly expanded towards the apex, the length of the tibia is 3.3 times greater than the width); 5) elytra exposing only two apical tergites, elongate, 1.75 as long as wide combined (
