Gonocoxite usually with ventro-mesal lobe at base. Apex of outer gonostylus usually simple, bifid in some species. Inner gonostylus fleshy and setose, wider at base, narrower at apex. One pair of parameres. Aedeagus simple, not branched, slightly arched and tube-shaped, apex curved upwards. Ovipositor with long, slightly arched cercus, hypovalva wedge-shaped with long parallel setae along dorsal margin.</paragraph>
