1st tarsomere of foreleg dark brown, 2nd and 3rd tarsomeres white, 4th and 5th tarsomeres infuscate; epandrium bilobate, each roughly semicircular; parameres slender, transparent basally, black and tapered apically, black tip strongly curved inward; conical part of hypandrium round in dorsal view.

Body length 11.0 mm, wing length 7.0 mm. Head uniformly dark brown, except face and cheeks pale brown. Head with uniformly silvery pollen. Vertex with black hairs, eyes black without pubescence with a row of several long hairs on dorsal margin. Antenna

Thoracic pronotum uniformly dark brown except lateral part pale brown. Mesoscutum and scutellum pale brown. Postnotum and laterotergite brown. Mesopleuron uniformly pale brown. Thorax only with scutellum having dense patches of hairs on anterior margin. Coxae and trochanters uniformly pale white except basal parts of fore and mid coxae infuscate. Femora yellow brown at base, dark brown apically. Tibiae mostly dark brown except basal part pale brown. 1st tarsomere dark brown, 2nd and 3rd tarsomeres white, 4th and 5th tarsomeres infuscate. Claws dark brown. Hairs on legs black, except 2nd and 3rd tarsomeres with white hairs. Wing (

) narrow, 4.5 times as long as wide, subhyaline. Veins brown. Wing with indistinct marking at distal part of R1. Apical area of wing bearing macrotrichia. Base of haltere pale white, club dark brown, with black hairs. Prehaltere pale white with white hairs.
