This new species is similar to

in the outline of the male pala, but the body smaller, the peg row is divided into two parts at the oblique ridge on the male pala; the right paramere is not bifurcated at its tip; the strigil is subrounded, consisting of 56 combs. All these characters can help to distinguish the two species.
