Right surstylus short and wide, apically with nearly semicircular incision. Hypandrium much longer than wide, apically narrowed with small subtriangular incision.

Eyes contiguous on frons, dark yellow with enlarged upper facets. Setulae and setae on head black except setulae on posteroventral surface yellow; ocellar tubercle distinct, with 2 long oc and 2 short posterior setulae. Antenna black; scape without setulae, pedicel with circlet of subapical setulae; first flagellomere without dorsal setula; arista black, indistinctly pubescent, apical 1/3 or so thin. Proboscis nearly as long as head, blackish. Palpus blackish, with 5 ventral setulae.</paragraph>

Thorax black with pale gray pollinosity. Setulae and setae on thorax black, setulae on scutum short and sparse; ppn absent, 2 npl (posterior npl long), uniseriate dc nearly as long as irregularly biseriate acr, 1 short prsc, 1 psa as long as prsc; scutellum with 8 short marginal setulae (2 setulae between sc) and 2 long sc. Legs black. Setulae on legs yellow or brownish yellow and setae black, but setulae and setae on coxae yellow and setulae on tarsi partly blackish. Fore femur 1.1 times and hind femur 1.85 times as wide as mid femur. Fore and mid femora each with row of yellow thin av and pv.
