I) oval, slightly convex dorsally, shining, closely covered with yellowishwhite setae. Coloration of head and pronotum brown, but mesal part of pronotum darker; mouthparts, antennae and legs pale brown; scutellar shield, elytra and ventral part of body blackish-brown.

Eyes large, prominent; the distance between eyes about 2.1 times as long as the maximum diameter of an eye. Pronotum granulate as on head, slightly depressed in lateral parts; front margin straight; antero- and postero-lateral corners obtuse; lateral margins gently arcuate; posterior margin bisinuous; PW/PL 2.57. Scutellar shield small, equilaterally triangular. Elytra oval, widest at the middle, finely punctate; humeral parts lightly projecting dorsolaterally; apices right-angled; EL/EW 1.21; EL/PL 4.57; EW/PW 1.47; TL/EW 1.48.</paragraph>
