in length, ovate, and broader to anterior to narrow posterior and moderately elevated. Apex is straight, pointed and sub-central. Sculpture consisting of numerous, narrow, radial riblets around 62 to 72, in some large specimens, up to 100. Coloration varies from greyish to black, with 4 to 5 bifid white lighter radial stripes observed on brown background, inner surface of shell has pearl white coloration. Foot is creamy-white in colour. Coloration difference also observed in foot, which is creamy white to white in colour. Same coloration observed at tip of cephalic tentacles, which covers one third of their length. Cephalic tentacles with radial maculations, bifurcated towards the margin, some specimens have radial maculations that join up to form a few broad bands.
