DISTRIBUTION. — This species occurs mostly in forested areas.In
<collectingCountry id="F3090DC8C03A6E76FD1DF9BD6C75E61B" box="[752,799,1596,1620]" name="Togo" pageId="7" pageNumber="332">Togo</collectingCountry>
it is known only from Yo.Its taxonomic status and its distribution are far from being clear.Hulselmans
<emphasis id="B96A914AC03A6E76FB7CF9D66BD1E621" box="[1169,1211,1622,1646]" italics="true" pageId="7" pageNumber="332">et al.</emphasis>
(1970) collected a specimen at Ahoue-Houe, in the forest region, which may probably be referred to this species.
