Forewing with costal margin arched, apex roundly protruded, termen obtusely oblique; ground color orange yellow, mixed with blackish brown and greyish brown scales; costal margin blackish brown along basal 1/5, forming an elongate streak; median fascia blackish brown, extending from middle of costal margin obliquely outward to tornus, its inner margin straight and distinct, outer margin ill-defined; dorsum with a blackish brown spot at base, reaching fold anteriorly; discal and plical spots blackish brown, discocellular spot merged with median fascia, ill-defined; evenly spaced blackish brown dots running from distal 1/3 of costal margin along termen to median fascia on tornus; fringe yellow, tinged with grey, blackish brown around tornus.
