): Wingspan 14.5 mm. Head whitish-yellow, scale tuft behind compound eye yellow, black along outer margin. Antenna whitish-yellow, flagellum annulated with brown. Labial palpus with second segment whitish-yellow, third segment whitish-yellow with black scales on ventral surface. Thorax and tegula dark-brown on basal half, grayish brown on distal half. Forewing yellowish-white, overlaid with black and pale yellowish-brown spots and patches; distinct rounded black spots at middle of cell on anterior margin, at end of cell and at 2/3 length of fold; cilia yellowish-white, mixed with yellowish-brown basally. Hindwing and cilia yellowish-brown. Legs dirty whitish-yellow, fore and mid tarsi black on outer surface. Abdomen dark-brown, each segment deep-yellow posteriorly.

): Brachia of uncus wide at base, contracted slightly at middle, expanded distally, rounded at apex, with a large sclerotized triangular process at basal 1/3. Valva broad and short, oval, with numerous commalike processes on ventral half; valvella club-shaped, longer than valva, sparsely setose, narrowed medially, expanded in distal 1/3. Phallus extremely long, more than eight times of valva in length, uniformly wide, coiled at middle, weakly sclerotized; cornutus absent.
