is introduced and typified by

which is represented by six isolates and is described as a novel species based on its asexual morph. The phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequence data showed that this species clustered together with
<taxonomicName class="Agaricomycetes" family="Polyporaceae" genus="Panus" higherTaxonomySource="CoL" kingdom="Fungi" lsidName="Panus" order="Polyporales" pageId="7" pageNumber="32" phylum="Basidiomycota" rank="genus">Panus</taxonomicName>
, but there is a high level of statistical support for its separation (100% in ML, 100% in MP) (Figure 3).
