. External features. Head with smooth-scaled frons and rough-scaled vertex, ocelli absent. All species of the genus are similar in pattern of forewing: basal part is white, costa is with oblique alternated brownish and white strokes on the distal part, almost triangular dark band extending from the dorsal margin to slightly beyond the middle or three-fourth across the wing.

Valva is almost square in shape or extended distally, with long dorso-basal process; transtilla is narrow and arched; aedeagus with caecum. In the female genitalia the ovipositor is short, apophyses anteriores are bifurcated, lamella postvaginalis is with setose, rounded lobes posteriorly; antrum funnelshaped, ductus tube-like; corpus bursae membranous, small, without signum.</paragraph>
