). Face black, slightly convex, sparse grayish white haired. Frons and face with pale lateral stripe formed by dense tomentose along eyes, occiput shining black with sparse white short hairs. Proboscis yellow, with sparse yellow long hairs.

Postpronotal calli yellow, postalar calli brownish yellow. Pleura shining brown, upper margin of anepisternum narrowly yellow. Wing hyaline, sometimes with diffuse darkened spots at cup cell and near middle of M1, stigma and veins brownish yellow. Halter brownish yellow with yellow stem. Legs entirely yellow.</paragraph>

Abdomen slender, usually compressed laterally, reaching at most 0.8 width of thorax, dark brown, sparsely dark haired, venter somewhat paler. Male terminalia (

) exposed, proctiger subtriangular, cerci short oval, barely twice as long as broad. Epandrium as long as proctiger lengthat middle part. Genital capsule somewhat tapered to proximal margin, medial process subtriangular, rounded apically. Gonocoxal apodeme almost at the same level of proximal margin of genital capsule. Each gonostylus leaf-shaped, with two pointed distal tips. Phallic complex slender, consisting of three slender lobes, with medial one very short, lesser than lateral ones. Parameral sheath short, not projected. Aedeagal apodeme well developed, exceeding the anterior margin of genitalia

(Figs 15, 17, 19). Body length 5.0 mm, wing length 4.0 mm. Very similar to male, but eyes widely separated with a broad black postocular rim-shaped area. Head about 1.5 times as broad as high in frontal view an about 1.6 higher than long in lateral view. Frons with longitudinal middle groove, about 0.4 times as broad a head, shinning black, with dense punctation and pale hairs as described in diagnosis. Upper hairs denser and longer than lower ones. Abdomen broadened at middle, with widest part almost as wide as thorax. Abdominal hairs longer than in male. Female terminalia (
