Length of male 4.5–4.6 mm; female 4.7–5.0 mm. Eyes brownish; crown with yellowish except two dark round patches; face sordid yellowish; pronotum yellowish, with anterolateral margin brownish; mesonotum yellow medially, anterolateral triangles and apex of scutellum brown; forewing veins yellowish, clavus with yellowish to brown, adjoining area of corium with yellowish, apical cells with infuscate; distal half of hind wing infuscate (figs 23–27).
