) wingspan 10.5 mm–11.0 mm. Head with vertex shining white, frons brown, occiput deep copper brown. Labial palpus with first and second segments orange yellow on inner surface, deep ocherous brown on outer surface; third segment black, slightly shorter than second segment. Antenna with scape white; flagellum with basal 1/3 white and distal 2/3 white annulated with black on dorsal surface, dark brown on ventral. Thorax and tegula deep copper brown. Forewing orange yellow, pale ocherous brown from base to median fascia along costal margin; median fascia deep ocherous brown, widened anteriorly, approximately 1/3 length of costal margin, its inner margin obliquely straight, edged with a white line from dorsum reaching upper margin of cell, with black scales along inner margin of this white line, its outer margin arched inward medially, with diffused black and grey scales, edged with an arched white streak along anterior 3/4; dorsum with a deep ocherous brown stripe at base, edged with a white line along outer margin; distal patch black with yellowish brown, small, diffused along ventral margin to median fascia; cilia yellow except deep grey along distal part of costal margin and along extension of median fascia on ventral margin. Hindwing and cilia deep grey. Legs pale yellow on ventral side; fore- and midlegs black on dorsal side except white at apex of each tarsomere; hindleg greyish brown on dorsal side except pale yellow at apex of each tarsomere.

). Uncus separated from near base, uniformly narrow, arched outward medially, obtuse at apex. Gnathos as long as uncus, broad basally, narrowed medially, produced to two small triangular lobes distally; lobes curved inward, pointed at apex, joined by membrane ventrally, sclerotized along inner margin. Tegumen divided from posterior margin, wide, ribbon-like, slightly narrowed anteriorly. Valva narrow, subrectangular, with a free distal process; free distal process curved toward base by acute angle, reaching basal 1/3 of valva, with dense fine setae, with a longitudinal sclerotized median plate, bearing a large and several smaller apical spines; large elongate triangular inner process arising from beyond middle of valva below costa, extending straightly dorsad, wide at base, slightly narrowed to apex, with several large spines apically, its outer margin sclerotized and crinkly, forming a narrow ribbon extending to ventro-apex of valva and joined with longitudinal median band of free distal process. Costa almost straight. Sacculus rectangular, slightly narrower than maximum width of valva, setose distally, narrowly sclerotized dorsally. Saccus elongate sub-rectangular, slightly narrowed from preapex to obtuse apex, longer than uncus. Juxta stout, slightly longer than saccus; lateral lobes strong, widened to blunt apex; basal lobe thumb shaped, narrowed anteriorly to a rounded apex. Aedeagus slender, arched medially, approximately 1.5 times length of valva; cornutus absent.
