This monotypic group is defined by the following combination of characters: head and pronotal microsculpture reticulate; antennomere 7 clearly larger than 8; male protibia slender, evenly widened to apex; male protarsomeres and mesotarsomeres bearing two rows of thin, broad phanerae ventrally; male protarsomeres and mesotarsomeres bearing two rows of thin, broad phanerae ventrally; mesoventritesl longitudinal carina not excavated anteriorly; median lobe of aedeagus elongate, moderately broad, flat; parameres moderately narrow, not reaching apex of median lobe, each bearing two apical setae.
