Dunkelbraun, Abdomen lateral gelblichweiss. Vorderflügel mit einem grossen, weissen Fleck in der Flügelmitte unterhalb der Subcosta. VFL 6,5 mm.

KA (Tafel 4): 9. Segment in LA mit in der Mitte leicht geknickter Vorderkante, die sonst gerade verläuft. Der Mittelteil der Kaudalkante, wo die UA ansetzen, ist gerade, und nach oben und unten annähernd gerade und schräg nach oben und unten verschmälert. Ventrokaudalzahn klein und dreieckig. OA klein, rund. Laterale Platten des 10. Segments langoval und spitz, Innenfinger etwas kürzer und gerade, schlank und spitz. PA basal sehr breit und bauchig, Endteil schmal und gerade; darin gibt es ein Paar sehr grosser, komplizierter spitzer Gebilde (siehe Abbildung). UA in LA lang, distal abgerundet, Dorsalkante gerade, Ventralkante leicht konvex; in VA in der Basalhälfte beiderseits bauchig, Distalhälfte in der Form eines nach innen gebogenen, stumpfen Fingers.
