. A moderate-sized species characterized by basal fusion of otherwise distinct ag coxal lobes and distinct, widely segregated posterior syncoxal processes; pg telopodite crescent-shaped, angling caudad then curving broadly anteriad, with small but noticeable subapical lobe on inner/dorsal margin, prefemoral process extending caudal to telopodite basally then angling across curvature of latter. Cyphopodal gynaspis short, lobes indistinct.

in that both the telopodite and prefemoral process curve strongly anteriad in a parallel arrangement. The prefemoral process lies over the medial surface of the telopodite and narrows and widens as if intermediate between the narrow projection in

. The telopodite expands apically and possesses a prominent, subapical spur on the inner/dorsal surface that appears to be homologous to that on the stem in

, though located farther distad.

. The only published record is the

locality, although

surely occurs in at least York &amp; Cherokee cos., the adjacent cos. in South Carolina. The present new record, some

) south of the
