MALE. Length 4. mm. Head and mesosoma black, metasoma dark castaneous. Wings subhyaline. Clypeus with median lobe subtrapezoidal, lateral margin convex, apical margin slightly thick in frontal view, medially with boomerang-shaped polished area; median carina indistinguishable from surface, instead with sharp line. Frons strongly coriaceous, punctures little distinguishable from texture surface. Vertex slightly convex. Notaulus present on anterior half of mesoscutum. Scutellar disc strongly sharpened posteriorly, overlapping propodeal disc anteriorly, lateral border concave (
