Description. Body length:

. Head: Frons brown, second row of setae slightly concave. Flagellomere 1 rounded-oval, brown. Palpus slightly enlarged, inflated, yellow. Thorax: Scutum brown. Scutellum brown, with 2 pairs of setae; anterior seta one-half length of posterior seta. Pleuron brown, but light brown medially. Mean costal length 0.49 wing length, range 0.49–0.51. Halter whitish-yellow. Legs yellowish-brown. Forecoxa in lateral view yellowish-brown. Foretibia with 3–4 dorsal setae. Foretarsomeres slender, elongate. Midcoxa brown. Hind coxa yellowish-brown. Hind coxal lobe light brown, short, with ventral, dorsally curved, bare digitiform process. Posterior face of hind femur with basal, triangular group of peglike setae; more distally with carinae forming ventral concavity (

). Abdomen: Abdominal tergite 1 brown, tergites 2–6 brown, tergite 2 yellow anteriorly and all tergites with yellow posterior margin. Venter of abdomen gray, with few longer setae on segment 5. Male terminalia brown, cercus yellow.
