Comments. This species differs from other
<taxonomicName box="[622,739,1100,1123]" class="Arachnida" family="Dictynidae" kingdom="Animalia" order="Araneae" pageId="1" pageNumber="373" phylum="Arthropoda" rank="family">Dictynidae</taxonomicName>
found in Israel by having only 6 eyes. The species was originally described by females and until recently males were not known. Females were redescribed and previously unknown males were described by
