Rows of sequences from this study are indicated with red fonts and bold accession numbers. The evolutionary history was inferred by using the Neighbor-Joining method and p-distance model. The percentage of trees in which the associated taxa clustered together is shown next to the branches. Branch lengths are measured in the number of substitutions per site. 1 and 16 S rRNA gene sequences. In each row of individual sequences, the region / country of origin and the GenBank accession number are shown after the species name. The analysis involved 13 nucleotide sequences, and there were a total of 1020 positions in the final dataset.
