This species was described based on a single male from

). The female is slightly stouter than the male but has the dorsal pubescence very similar. The antennae are slightly shorter, 1.55 times elytral length, reaching the elytral apex at middle of antennomere IX. In the 
<typeStatus id="900D1DC6C401FFE0C443A891FC57C1A7" box="[868,966,1187,1213]" pageId="6" pageNumber="362" type="holotype">holotype</typeStatus>
male, the antennae are at least 1.7 times elytral length in the

male (missing most of antennomere XI of left antenna and antennomeres X–XI of the right antenna) and reaches the elytral apex at the basal third of the antennomere VIII). Furthermore, the abdominal ventrite 5 (
