. Wing brown with apical and anal margins pale brown, cell r1 brown, stigma concolorous with r1; hind femur very swollen with 12 short anteroventral spines with developed basal tubercles, basal tubercle of tenth spine approximately 3 times length of ninth tubercle, two apical spines inserted on doubled tubercles; ventral row with 1 spine in the middle and 2 on distal quarter; posteroventral row with 34 spines on basal quarter; hind tibia remarkably curved with soft longitudinal furrow and 1 greatly developed ventral tubercle near base; hypandrium split apically with two subequal lobes.

. Antenna brown; pedicel with short bristles; postpedicel about twice longer than wide, slightly longer than scape and pedicel combined; arista 3 times length of antenna. Face narrow, black with pale brown pruinescence. Palpus brown, proboscis brownish red. Ocellar setae short, parallel, almost erect. Postcranium dark brown with mixed grayish brown pruinescence; postocular setae short, scattered, present on upper third; 45 occipital setae on mid-height of post-cranium and some setae on margin of buccal opening and foramen.

Bristles pale brown; pronotum with marginal bristles biserial in the middle and disordered and more numerous laterally; 1 robust npl; postalar callus setose but without differentiated bristle; scutellum with 1 preapical pair of robust widely spaced bristles, 3 thinner lateral pairs about one-half length of preapical pair and 1 thin apical bristle (

Outstanding bristles: fore tibia with 1 anteroventral and 1 posteroventral yellow short preapical bristles; fore tarsomere 1 with 1 dorsal in the middle and 2 dorsal preapical black thin bristles; mid tibia with 4 anterodorsal short bristles, 1 anterior, 1 anteroventral and 1 posterior preapical spine-like bristles short and 1 long ventral bristle reaching the half of tarsomere 1; mid tarsus with 3 anteroventral bristles on basal half, 1 anterodorsal in the middle and 1 anterodorsal preapical stronger than bristles of fore tarsus; hind trochanter with 1 black short and strong spine ventrally; hind femur with 12 short dark brown anteroventral spines inserted on very large basal tubercles, basal tubercle of tenth spine approximately 3 times length of ninth tubercle, 2 apical spines inserted on doubled tubercles; ventral row with 1 spine in the middle and 2 on distal quarter; posteroventral row irregular, not aligned, basal quarter with 34 short spines with truncated apex; hind tarsomere 1 with very short black inconspicuous anteroventral spines, and 1 short apical spine on tarsomeres 2 and 3.
