The male cercus has some similarities to that of

</taxonomicName>
and related species, but it is also distinctive of this species, the dorsal branch parallel to main body axis and without apical hook but with a strong spine directed postero-ventrally and a well developed inner-basal branch with its apex directed dorsally and reaching midline of S10 medially. Cercus and epiproct morphology is very similar to that of
