Ocelli not large; distance between posterior ocelli 2.3 times longer than the smallest ocellar diameter. Occipital flange narrow, without sculpture. Face smooth, with scattered long setae. Tentorial pits tiny. Malar sulcus distinct and complete. Malar space 0.75‒0.98 times as high as height of eye. Clypeus semi-circular, bare and smooth, weakly convex, epistomal sulcus indistinct. Pleurostoma distance 0.51‒0.53 times as wide as width of head. Mandible with two subequal teeth. Eye oval, pubescent. Antennal shelf in frontal view sculptured, with depression between toruli on frontal surface, covered with short erect setae.</paragraph>
